Help buyers discover your business

A buyer may ask ChatGPT to compare suppliers, explain a product or suggest ways to solve a problem. Generative Engine Optimization, or GEO, helps prepare information about your business for these searches. We organise the work around questions customers ask when evaluating their options.

The service helps you understand how AI services describe your company, which sources they use and where useful information is missing. Start with one product, service or market. We agree on the languages, locations and available services to include before the audit begins.

Assess answers and your website

We work with your sales team to collect questions about customer needs, possible solutions and supplier selection. We check them in agreed services, including ChatGPT search and AI answers in search engines. We record the questions, dates, answers and source links to establish a baseline for later comparisons.

We check whether relevant pages are accessible to crawlers and eligible for indexing, whether the main text can be read and whether internal links make it discoverable. We identify errors, outdated descriptions and inconsistent company information. GEO complements existing SEO work. Google’s AI search features retain the fundamental requirements for an accessible, useful website.

Prepare content around customer questions

We improve service pages, comparisons, frequently asked questions and buying guides. We explain conditions, limitations and the working process, adding verified examples and references. Claims about your business use your evidence and review by the relevant subject specialist.

We also identify information to update on external sites where your business already has a presence. Content and website changes are agreed before publication. The audit defines which pages we will prepare and who will keep them current.

Measure visibility and enquiries separately

We repeat checks against the agreed question set, tracking brand mentions, links and cited pages separately. We compare the findings with available search platform reports and website analytics. Where enquiry tracking is configured, we also review enquiries following referrals from these sources.

Answers can vary between runs and depend on the service, language and wording. The report describes the selected sample. A mention does not establish a visit or sale, and each platform decides what to include in its answers. We are accountable for the agreed work and clear measurement; an AI service’s recommendation of your brand cannot be guaranteed.
