What delivery terms are agreed in contract 45?
Contract 45 specifies delivery within 14 business days of advance payment (clause 4.1). Late delivery incurs a 0.1% daily penalty.

Give the assistant a defined job

We build assistants that answer company knowledge questions, prepare drafts, summarise documents or produce structured responses. Retrieval-augmented generation connects the assistant to selected sources. We define when an employee must review an output or approve an action.

Check responses against real tasks

Evaluation uses representative questions and examples, including conflicting documents and requests with no supporting information. We check factual support, source references, format and permissions. Drafts and summaries are reviewed for omissions and unsupported claims. The workflow should make missing information visible to the user.

Keep sources and access current

Deployment can use an approved cloud, private cloud or your own infrastructure. We define how source changes reach the assistant and how removed or restricted material is handled. We integrate with existing tools and establish checks for later model or prompt updates.
